Cancellation β₯ 72 hours before deployment: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellation 24β72 hours before deployment: 50% refund.
Cancellation < 24 hours before deployment: No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable.
Client is responsible for any damage to the robot beyond normal wear during the rental period. Our standard rental packages include basic insurance. Additional coverage may be purchased.
If the robot fails to operate properly due to equipment malfunction (not client misuse), we will provide a replacement or issue a pro-rated refund for the affected time.
All robot purchases are final. We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Robots may be returned for defects within 30 days of delivery.
Free demo deployments are complimentary and not subject to refund policies. One free demo per organization.

By using the Polanova Robotics website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Polanova Robotics Inc. provides humanoid robot rental (RaaS), purchase, and related services. All bookings are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for: providing a safe deployment environment; ensuring appropriate supervision during operation; not tampering with robot hardware or software; complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Polanova Robotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our robots. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
All website content, robot software, and proprietary materials are the intellectual property of Polanova Robotics Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
